A narrow, legally-relevant attestation that appears only at checkout when (a) the client is in the U.S. or Canada, (b) the provider has at least one self-attested U.S. state or Canadian province/territory license, and (c) the session is telehealth or remote. The platform records the client's self-attestation of physical location per professional licensing requirements—no browsing-time banners, no GPS, no independent verification.

Really Global operates as a neutral technology marketplace (ToS §1.B). The platform records the client's self-attestation of physical location at checkout; it does not independently verify location, does not use GPS or precise location services, and does not adjudicate provider licensing. Providers self-attest their U.S. state and Canadian province/territory licenses on their profile (ToS §1.C). This is recordkeeping, not compliance enforcement. The client retains legal responsibility for the accuracy of their attestation.
