U.S. Booking Location Confirmation (Checkout Only)
A narrow, legally-relevant attestation that appears only at checkout when (a) the client is in the U.S., (b) the provider has at least one self-attested U.S. state license, and (c) the session is telehealth. No browsing-time banners. No GPS. Self-attestation only.
Platform posture (BRD §3 — non-negotiable)
Really Global operates as a neutral technology marketplace (ToS §5(B)). The platform records the client's self-attestation; it does not verify physical location, does not use GPS or third-party identity verification, and does not adjudicate provider licensing. Providers self-attest their state licenses (ToS §5(C)). This is recordkeeping, not compliance enforcement.
